Refunds Policy

We offer a 100-day risk-free trial with free return shipping. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase price.

Who is Eligible for Returns

  • Customers who received their order within the last 100 days
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Items must not be marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" (unless faulty)
  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, ribbons, and specialty packaging

Items NOT Eligible for Returns

  • Used products or products damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 100 days from delivery date
  • Items without original packaging and tags

Return Process

  1. Request Return Authorization: Email info@softlymade.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Detailed reason for return
    • Photos of the product showing its condition
  2. Receive Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive return instructions and the return address
  3. Ship Your Return: Use a trackable mail service. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
    • If your product arrives damaged, delayed beyond reasonable expectations, or defective, SoftlyMade will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
    • However, if you’re returning the item due to personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or no longer needing the product), and the item is not faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method.

After we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. A refund receipt will be emailed to you.

Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method only
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your bank or credit card company

Important Return Notes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Bundle orders: If you return part of a bundle, remaining items will be charged at individual pricing

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

We issue refunds immediately once approved. If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank (refunds can take up to 15 days to appear)
  4. If you still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@softlymade.com

How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped according to our shipping policy. If your order hasn't arrived within estimated delivery times, contact info@softlymade.com.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Yes. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers within 24 hours of shipment.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

Email us immediately at info@softlymade.com. We MIGHT be able to change it if your order hasn't been processed yet. However, we cannot guarantee this as orders are processed quickly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Before processing/shipping: If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking and credit card processing charges.

After processing/shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must follow the return process once the product is received.
