Shipping Policy:
We’re proud to offer international shipping to customers around the world. To make delivery as fast and efficient as possible, we work with a trusted 3PL (third-party logistics provider) that operates warehouses in the US, Canada, China, Europe, and Australia. This means your order is usually shipped from the closest location to you.
Please allow at least 2 business days for us to process and pack your order before shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- US, Canada, UK, and Australia: 2 to 14 days from the date of shipment
- Other countries: 7 to 20 days from the date of shipment
Shipping Costs:
- Orders under $100 USD: $7.99 USD
- Orders over $100 USD: Free shipping
It's important to note that shipping times are estimates and may be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures and the efficiency of local postal services. To provide peace of mind, we offer tracking information for your shipment, allowing you to stay informed about its progress until it reaches your doorstep.
International Orders & Customs Duties
If you're ordering from outside Canada and the US, your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Whenever possible, we use Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to reduce the chance of unexpected charges. However, customs processes differ by country, and we can’t always guarantee full coverage. We appreciate your understanding.
Return Policy:
We offer free returns for 30 days from the date your order is delivered or received.
However, not all items are eligible for return. If a product is excluded from returns, this will be clearly noted on the product page or at checkout.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must not be marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable,” unless they are faulty.
- Items must be in original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact. This includes any boxes, swing tags, ribbons, or specialty packaging.
- A photo of the item(s) must be provided before return shipping, so we can assess their condition.
If you return an item that was part of a bundle, the bundle pricing will no longer apply. The items you keep will be charged at their current individual price, and your refund will reflect the remaining balance.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has shipped, we cannot refund the shipping cost, even if the order is returned.
Please also note that we do not cover the return shipping costs for orders being returned.
