How long does the battery last?

You’ll get up to 10 hours of playback on a full charge—perfect for overnight use or long naps.

Can I wash the sleep mask?

Yes, just remove the Bluetooth module and speakers, and gently hand wash or machine wash the fabric.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, SoftlyMade proudly ships to customers all around the world. We’ve partnered with a reliable third-party logistics provider that operates warehouses in key locations — including the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and China. This helps us ship your bamboo bedding from the nearest warehouse, ensuring a smoother and faster delivery experience wherever you are.

How long does shipping take?

At SoftlyMade, we begin processing your order within 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • United States, Canada, UK, and Australia: 2 to 14 business days
  • Other international destinations: 5 to 20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimated and may vary due to customs inspections, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll send you tracking info so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How much does shipping cost?

We keep our shipping fees simple and transparent:

  • For orders under $100 USD, we charge a flat shipping rate of $7.99 USD.
  • For orders over $100 USD, shipping is free — no matter where you live.

At SoftlyMade, we believe in making it easy (and affordable) to enjoy high-quality bedding delivered straight to your door.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at info@softlymade.com as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to update the details.

However, once your order is packed and on its way, we’re unable to make address changes. We always recommend double-checking your information at checkout to avoid any issues.

What if my order is delayed?

While we strive to deliver your order on time, unexpected delays can occasionally happen due to customs processing or courier issues. If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at info@softlymade.com, and we’ll assist you.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

If you’re ordering from outside Canada and the US, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees when it arrives in your country.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices. They are determined by your local customs authority, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to pay any fees required to clear customs and receive the shipment.

We do our best to use Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping whenever available to minimize delays and extra costs. However, this isn’t guaranteed in all cases, and customs processes may vary depending on your location.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your bedding from SoftlyMade. That’s why we offer free returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned unless they’re faulty
  • A photo of the item(s) must be provided before return shipping
  • All tags, ribbons, boxes, and specialty packaging must be included
  • For bundles: If part of the bundle is returned, the discount is no longer valid. We’ll adjust the refund based on the regular price of the items you keep

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable once your order has shipped.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, email us at info@softlymade.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide further instructions to process your return smoothly.

What if my bedding arrives damaged or defective?

We take quality seriously! If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@softlymade.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will investigate the matter and issue a replacement or full refund.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No, we offer free returns within 30 days. If you need to return your order, we’ll cover the shipping costs so you can shop worry-free.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, SoftlyMade will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and we’ll send you an email confirmation once it’s complete.
